Extractor not working: Technical System not found in Landscape

Hi,

In my solution manager 7.1 many extractors have stopped working.

I get the error

"Technical System not found in Landscape."

"DL: ERROR: Updating Attributes for IO :0SM_GPARAM (See SLG1 for object BW_PROCESS LOADING RSNDI_MD_ATTRIBUTES_UPDATE)."

I check the objects in SLG1 but could not find proper solution.

What needs to be done?

I would suggest check LMDB first.

Hi Vishal,

Please check in SMSY whether the managed system data source is LMDB or RFC?

Normally if the system is synchronized with RFC , techical system disappear automically.

Better synchronize the managed system using ( RZ70 or NWA) -> LMDB -> SMSY and check it.

Also check and psate the details extractor log.

Hi Kamil,

The note is very specific to CCLM.

I have an issue with BPA extractor which was working fine till now.

Hi,

Can you see the system in solman LMDB and is green.

Technical System not found in Landscape.

It looks like the solman doesn't have the details of the technical system.

Looks familiar to you BPA error.
