Dear Experts,
We have upgraded from SRM 4.0 to 7.0 and created a shopping cart in the SRM 7.0 system.
The PRs are not getting created in ECC system and we could see that shopping cart is in ‘Item Transfer in process.
Stats:
Status Description Inactiv
HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X
HEADER I1021 Created
HEADER I1038 Complete
HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered
HEADER I1129 Approved
0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process
The 'BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER' is not giving any errors and we have also tried 'CLEAN_REQREQ_UP'.
The number ranges for PR are also created in both ECC & SRM system.
Any pointers on this if you have faced similar upgrade issue would be of great help.
Thanks & Regards,
Madhuri CH
What is your support pack for SRM_SERVER 7.0?
If it is less than SP10, use note 1480994 - How to process a shopping cart with status I1111?
If it is SP10 and higher, refer note 1499352 - SRM Transfer: Redesign, bug fixes
Also check in ME53N in ecc, if the requisition is created. The requisition number is available in BBP_PD. If the requisition doesnot exist, above notes can help.
If the Requisition exists, but shopping cart stays in "In transfer" use note 729967 - Shoppng cart:Status I1111,no follow-on docs->analysis report

Hello,
Have you configured report BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER in your system?
This report processes the shopping carts stuck in I1111 (if due to an error) into status I1112 so that you
can process it in Shopping cart monitor.
Once you do this, you may need to create a new shopping cart with same data as failed cart and test.

Sushil.
Hi Madhuri,
Please check the following:
1) In RZ20 (application monitors) look for the error for shopping carts.
2) In ST22 look for any associated dumps
3) In BBP_PD look for the error messages at the bottom
Regards,
Ravi
