db2 Upgrade from version 9.1 fp7 to Version 9.7 or 10.1

Hi,

We are plan to upgrade our server database db2 version from 9.1 fp7 to Version 9.7 or 10.1

please find the below details

OS: Solaris 10

SAP ECC 6.0

please help on this and suggest the documents and notes which will help us to proceed further.
