Licence Determination

Hi All,

How the licence determination takes place when the products are shipped from US to IN, when there is a transit in Italy (IT). Will the license determination be from US to IT and then from IT to IN or a direct license from US to IN will be needed. And further, if there are multiple transit points, what should be the behavior of the license determination.

Hi Kolla,

Unless there will be an Import and Re-Export in Italy, the journey can be covered with a single licence.

If you want the system to consider different stages, then ensure that the Route is set up correctly in the ERP Delivery - then GTS will apply licence determination for each stage.
