Hi All,
Solved !
First you need to export it !
I mean, that you must export the client to available system in your TMS,
example from PRD to DEV.
After that, you need to open your STMS (import) in your DEV system (if you want to export the PRD to DEV) and add the transport number. ( I mean the transport number is, a number that given by system when you try to export PRD client to DEV client. Press Extras and add the transport number.
After that IMPORT it !
After you import it, wait until it done, or you can try to access the client that will become the target of importing client.
input the tcode scc7 in the target client.
If it available, that means you can start to import,
but if not just wait, it will.
If it availble just press the import and waiting.
When it done it will says that tp error/unknown,
it means your import is not finish yet, just waiting, you can check it with tcode stms,
when it finish your import will succesfully.

Like I said before you need to first check whether the transport directory is shared between the systems. If yes the export files should be accessible and there is no need to copy the files manually or even change the file names

"Change documents are not copied"
This is OK. Read this SAP note - 180949 - CC-INFO: Change documents for a client copy
Secondly change the client settings before starting the export.
Check the logs in Tx SCC3 for more information.

Hi,
What do you see in Scc3 logs.
How big is the database.
"Change documents are not copied" this is just a warning.
Are you scheduling it in background.
I think you are doing some thing wrong in scheduling it.
Is STMS working fine. Have you done a check in STMS.
Thanks

Another thing that the client is not protected for export. Dont see in the logs but just check.
1929983 - CC-ERROR: Source client is protected against data export by client copy
Thanks

Hi,
This looks ok.
Can you go in now STMS --> Overview -->systems --> select QAS and then ---> SAP systems ---> Check ---> Transport tool, Transport Directory and connection test.
Hope all these are green.
I did the same setup in my sap system and tried to export a small profile and it works.
Check that you have latest tp and R3trans.
Please also send me the screen copy of the scc4 the client you want to export and the se06 settings.
check that rz12 is configured correctly.
Thanks
Rishi Abrol
if the system DEV is the DC then you just need to add QAS to the DC.
For that you need to delete the existing TMS configuration of the QAS system and then run STMS and add the system into the DC which is the DEV.
Once that is done go to the DC system which is DEV and approve QAS and reconfigure the transport routes.
You need to make sure that they all can access the transport directory.
Once this is done you can perform the client export so the export files will be present in the transport directory.

you can ignore "Change documents are not copied".
Also verify SCC4 setting for client which you are exporting.
