Configuring BPM for PPF Action

Hello,

I am trying to configure a monitoring object in BPM that alerts when there is a new PPF Log. I'm using the PPF LOG (DELTA) key figure, which has the following parameter set:

Application Counter

Action Definition

Promotion Status

Action Profile

Time of Processing

I have the action profile and definition, but I have no idea what to put for Application Counter, Promotion Status, or Time of Processing. All are required fields. I'm also not sure what input to put in the "Parameter set" field, right now I'm just putting the action profile.

Hi,

its is always the functional guys who used to give the respected details .

Not sure, Check with those in your functional team, they can give the value of which application using this action, and application counter and all the details.

I checked the SAP Note 1166998, where you could get some idea how the value looks like.

Hi Jansi,

Thanks for your help, but I still can't find the application counter or the promotion status. The functional team doesn't have any answers and even when I look at the PPFs in SPPFP I can't find any more details, or any reference to these terms in documentation.
