Service Tax abatment - Modvatable / Non modvatable

Hi Gurus,

Please let me know what are  the Tax condition types and G/L accounts are created for Service tax abatment for Modvatable and Non modvatable.

Hi,

   The additional condition types for service tax abatement are:

JSA1 - Abatement condition for Service Tax

JAE1- ECS for abatement

JAS1- SECess for abatement

JAE2- Offset entry for ECS for abatement

JAS2- Offset entry for SECess for abatement

   Please check the note 1736781  - Service tax Legal changes for Abatements and Negative list and download the attachment in the note. The attachment explains the configuration and the process flow.

For the legal changes wrt service tax pls READ thorugh the
