Sender Adapter Email: Reading a Subfolder instead Inbox

Hi,

we have to read another folder instead inbox. The Mail Server is IMAP4 and we are using XIPAYLOAD. I've read the documentation and no mentions about that.

Talking with fellas tells me that changing imap://xxxxxxx/Inbox   by imap://xxxxxxx/Subfolder was not working in other projects.

Someone has had the same issue?

The problem was a mistake in the email server side.

It's works fine.

Hi Xavier,

Are you respecting the upercase and lowercase characters?. After the change have you try the stop and restart the channel or change it to inactive, active the change list and put it active and active the change list?

The process is getting all folders of the email

You can read the emails from personal folder too..

few checks..

are you able to read the emails from Inbox?

are the emails in subfolders are in unread status?
