Balance in Transaction Currency Message No. 5702

Hi All,

When we are trying to process the WPUFIB IDOC, it gets fails due to below error message:

Balance in transaction currency

Message no. F5702

Diagnosis

A balance has occurred in transaction currency 'ZAR' with the following details:

Exchange rate '00', amount '           771.88' and currency key 'ZAR'.

The data in the transaction currency were transferred from the calling application.

System Response

Your data cannot be processed in FI.

Procedure

The error is probably in the calling application.

We are trying to pass the rounding amount in a separate segment in the WPUFIB IDOC.

Could you please help and advise?

I have checked the config as per the SAP note 759890, which is already maintained in Customization.
