SM:EXEC SERVICES Gets cancelled.

Hi Expert,

          When I am going to SOLMAN with tcode Solution_Manager and I click on the Glass flask to collect the data for solution to generate EWA reports of the week.SOLMAN schedulde Background job but it gets cancelled within 1 sec.

          It does not show any job log.I have also checked in ST22 but no dump there.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

  Any help is appreciable...........!!!

Provide more details from ST22.

Aslo check solutions from notes

What is the version of the solution manager system with SP level?

I think the version is 7.01, plz check the below step of EWA

Hi Parag,

you can check in SDCCN of the Satelite system, where the ewa fails, and see the logs of EWA task.

and other way, you can try to create your own report by manually and do the checking where exactly its failing.
