Error clicking on Scorecard Tab (Application error UIM10030)

Hi,
 
We Installed Information Steward 4.1 SP02 on windows platform, where SAP Business Objects Enterprise 4.0 SP 01 Patch 1 installed.When we opened Information steward from BI launch pad we faced the application error.

Now when I click on the Scorecard tab it begins to load (I see a Loading Key Data Domains pop-up) and then an Application Error occurs - UIM-10030 - Contact your System Administrator.
 
Please see the attached. Any one faced this error before??

Hi Raj,

This could be a licenses issue. Go to the SMP and get a full blown temp key and try your workflow again.

License keys (temporary and permanent) can be obtained from service.sap.com/licensekey.

To enable full functionality of all Information Steward modules and features, you must obtain and install a full Information Steward or Information Steward – Multi-Source Metadata Integrators by MITI license key.

This is a known issue, Patch 1 should be applied on Information Steward 4.1 SP2. Also, it's been documented in problem report ADAPT01708416.
