Data Cleansing Error: Cannot Create Data Table

Hi experts,

We are running the ramp-up version of Information Steward 4.2 and I have encountered an error when running a Data Cleansing Solution via the Data Cleansing Advisor.  I set up the wizard to do cleansing only (no matching) and I only select a few name fields (no address fields).  Even with only a few fields I keep on getting the error "Unable to create data table".

I am busy trying to locate any log files that might show additional information, but in the meantime I will appreciate any comments or advice on the issue.

Hi Johann,

as you are participating in the Information Steward 4.2 Ramp-Up process, you should have a designate Ramp-Up Coach and as participating in the Ramp-Up also high awareness on the SAP Ramp-Up Back Office Experts, what is one of the big benefits those customer get that participate in our restricted shipment/Ramp-Up phase.

You should go that route for getting support during the Ramp-Up phase as well.
