Hi,

Have you configured the router certs.

Please run the below command to check the cert validity.

sapgenpse seclogin –l

Have you gone through the below link.

http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncdoc

Is the sap router local on that host or on another host where the application is installed.

If remote is there any firewall between your router and sapsystem. Which all port are open.

Please also past the screen shot of OSS1.

Thanks

Ok.

What about the other details that i asked about the router placed..

How did you restarted the routre using the below details.

Start the SAProuter with the following command line (to start the SAProuter as a Windows service, please follow the steps described in SAP note 525751😞
saprouter -r -S <port> -K "p:<Distingushed Name>"

-K tells the SAProuter to start with loading the SNC library

Example
saprouter -r -K "p:CN=example, OU=0000123456, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

Can you also post the saprouttab file and the screen shot of OSS1.

Thanks

and this command.

sapgenpse get_my_name -v -n Issuer

If the router is remote then try to do telnet <name of router> 32XX where xx is the instance no from sap application.

Hello Rishi,

The solman and router are configured on the same server.below are the required details.

# SNC-connection from and to SAP

KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 194.39.131.34 *

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 192.168.10.14 3200

Take the copy of the current router.

and try this one.

# SNC-connection from and to SAP

KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 194.39.131.34 *

# To connect backend

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 192.168.10.14 3200

# Access from the local Network to SAP

P 192.168.*.* 194.39.131.34 3299

Thinking that 192.168.10.14 is the solman ip.

Hope you have added sapserv2 in the host file of the system.

And you have maintained the details in OSS1 ---> parameters ---> technical settings.

have you maintained the details in Service market place and tried to open the connection in SMP..

Thanks

Hi,

Hope you would have restated the router.

Have you checked the SAPOSS rfc and see if it is successful. .

message server details should be

/H/192.168.10.14/S/sapdp99/H/194.39.131.34/S/sapdp99/H/oss001

Use the user OSS_RFC client 001 and password CPIC(this should be in capital.)

It looks to me ok if the RFC is successful.

Thanks

Hi,

Is it a windows host ? Have you check that the firewall is disabled.  If you want to access solution manager you use  192.168.10.14. Is the router still running?

What ip has been maintained in SMP is it 118.143.114.147 or 192.168.10.14 in solman details .

Thanks

Hi,

Have you contacted SAP saying that they need to register this router as i think this is the first router that you have installed.

Another thing is that RFC is still failing in SM59. Can you please check that you can telnet 194.39.131.34 3299.

So what it means that you can access SAP solution manager from you desktop using this ip 118.143.114.148

Thanks

Ok,

can you please first check the below settings in the RFC.

182308 - Incorrect logon data in R/3 destination SAPOSS

Try to restart the sap router and see that process keeps on running

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Then go in OSS1 and try to do logon and see if things works.

Then check the sap OSS rfc also.

Thanks

You must proceed as follows in each affected system:
Transaction OSS1 -> Parameter -> Technical Settings -> Change -> Save. The SAPOSS destination is only automatically updated when you save.
To see that this has been successful, display the RFC destination SAPOSS (SM59), which should then be defined with load balancing and the EWA logon group.

So check all the settings are fine in OSS1.
