How to Delete Archived session where archive file was deleted?

Dear All,

My basis team deleted our older archive files, when I try to schedule the job for report RSXMB_DELETE_ARCHIVED_MESSAGES I'm getting an error because this files was deleted.

I need delete these sessions for this job run at new sessions, because this job is running in session where file was deleted.

Some one know how to delete these older sessions?

I'm almost erasing the records in the table ADMI_FILES!!

Maybe this will helpful:

Mark the session as relevant for deleting. Tcode SARA, in managing archive session choose needed session, switch to edit mode and check the «To Be Archived» checkbox, save changes:

The session will be moved in to the list of sessions for deleting (in the bottom of archive sessions tree).

Archived session information stores in tables ADMI_RUN and ADMI_FILES (relevant indicator for session deleting is defined by field ADMI_RUN-DELETE_FLG). The content of these tables is cleaning with help of archiving on object BC_ARCHIVE. So, plan archiving of administration information of archived session with SARA (archive object – BC_ARCHIVE, see note 70813).
