GUI dump in the middle of transaction

Dear Everyone,

One of my user got always this dump in the attachment in particular in MIR7 when processing data. He knows already when he start the SAP Logon screen and it seems that writing his username look strange already.

Any idea why this is happening?

Dear Raynard,

The user's SAP GUI is corrupted and thats why all the DLL's are not getting loaded properly. Kindly update the GUI patch on the system and then try,.

This is also what I am thinking. I'll try to update his SAPGUI in his computer and will check again.

Hello Raynard,

Usually its due to the incompatibility with the old versions of SAP GUI. If I am not wrong it appears for particular users not all.

Ask the users to upgrade the SAP GUI & Try again.

This only happening for the particular User.

Hi,

Log on to SAP from a different pc..

If its still happens.

Then enter t-code MIR7, after dumping, open a new session, Enter t-code SU53.

See the object missing, or take a screen shot of this and send it to your Basis Consultant.

When this occurs, we need an automation trace to find out the cause.

Please raise a message,and upload the automation trace to it so we can check.
