Hi

For document distribution point of view i read below link

my query is that we want to assign standrad distribution list to all document type but is system when we create receipient list we must enter document type and document number. for example user are creating doument type ZGR, ZDI ZWI ect, system will assign automatic stransder list to all document types. how we can achive this?

Hi Aseem,

When you distribute the document, you may just need to select the recipient list. Document type and document number will get populated automatically.

I assume you are using CV02 or CV03 and from Menu selecting option for distributing the document.
