BPC access control through BW

Hi,

I need assistance on how to manage BPC authorisations.

In the backend, all BPC users have to be created in our BW system with a specific BPC role; which then synchronises with the BPC CMC. Then only can we add the user with the relevant member/task profiles on the BPC client.

When deleting the user on BW (backend) the user is also automatically deleted in the BPC CMC however not on the BPC planning client directly.

Is there a way that we can automate the user deletion on the BPC client?

We're running on BPC 7.5

Thanks,

Pumza

Hi Pumza,

It's working as designed.

you need to manually delete the users from BPC client (all applicable environments) as well.

I am not sure about BPC 7.5, as we are using BPC 10, but.... here you are able to into SU01 and delete all ZBPC* roles. That way all access to all BPC environments are removed..... including the user in the BPC client. So I guess the solution is to change to BPC 10
