Descriptive characteristics - Values not filled

Hello Everybody.

We are facing a new problem.

We are using ATP/CTP + Capacity Reservation.

Some orders(product and location equals) came with no value in descriptive characteristics(When you enter in /sapapo/rrp3 for example).

I ran the debug and the report /SAPAPO/DM_DISP_ORDERS_IN_LC.

The sales orders are in LC, but the characteristics not.

Anyone faced this problem?

Updating:

If a copy the sales order who has showing values, the new sales orders is correct too.

But new sales orders, with different configuration don't work.

I'm trying to find some problem in sales order(Classification maybe).

Hello Marcelo,

Although I am still not clear with your issue. But trying to suggest some commonly used programs. 

You can also try running the SDRQCR21: Recovery of sales and delivery requirements in ECC and APO. Followed by CCR in APO.

This is an handy program which helps fix entries in VBBE table and updates the SD tables in APO as well.

I suggest you to describe your problem with more details and you may add a few screenprints.

The problem is related to how the information(SD Order) is saved in SCM. I'm doing tests trying to catch the problem.

Problem was solved using abap code in CIF outbound exit.

We force the system writes the values.

Hello Marcelo,

In this situation, I would delete the orders using /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL and then run the Compare/Reconciliation Report (CCR) to transfer the orders again into APO. (livecache and database).

Please see if it works.

But we have tried the CCR.

I think the problem is something from ECC.
