Hi folks,
I have a situation were we have 3 access requests types and managerID is a mandatory field.
By the unlock request type we've configurated the workflow to do not have any approval step and it works pretty fine, but, still being mandatory to inform the manager, and that's the issue because we don't need it actually.
Would be possible to change the mandatory field by request type?
If I do that on EUP, it disables de mandatory field by all request types, which is not desired.

You can only do that if you utilize the template request functionality, then you can assign a customized EUP to that.
However, where is the notification coming from? If you have no stages for this, then no notifications should go out unless you have them for Submission or EOR.
