Multimapping for JDBC Scenario

Dear Experts,

I have used multimapping to insert data into multiple tables in Database.

i am able to insert data into first table.

It is strange that in the second table i am able to populate the hardcoded(ex : constants) but not the fields which are mapped from the source structure.

i have tried changing the contexts and also providing different condetions.

could some one throw if i am missing something while mapping to the second table in multimapping.

Thanks,

Naveen

Hi Naveen,

did you check the message payload after mapping or  RWB at receiver CC.

Hi All,

There are some existing scenarios working in our landscape but it is really strange that this is not working ...

Thanks,

did you test it locally? i mean in the repository? if so did you find the same result?

In message mapping test i could see the results as expected. But when i test end-to-end i am getting this issue.

PS:if i give mapwithdefault between source and target fields i am able to get the empty tag in the target side payload.

Thanks,

Naveen

Hi Naveen,

Test the mapping from Operation mapping and check the result. Use the source xml from SXI_MONITOR (adding merge and split tags).

Hi Pranav,

I have already mentioned that i am able to test the mapping successfully in Message mapping and interface mapping.

I am facing problem when i test end-to-end scenario.

Thanks and Regards,

Naveen.

Strange . I believe you don't have any issues with cache..

what is your PI version? i remember there was some issue with multi mapping in PI 7.31(AEX). unable to find/recall that note..

I have refreshed the cache and dont have any issues with cache.

I am using PI 7.0.

Thanks,

Naveen.
