Hello Experts,

I would like to know if this scenario is possible in Access Request.

In Access Request creation, we have the functional area field as shown below. (Let me reference this as Functional Area 1 for the understanding)

Is it possible to use this field Functional Area 1 and another field with in the role. This filed is available when we open the role, RISK_ROLE_02 as shown in the properties of the role, we have Functional area of Role. (Lets reference this as functional area 2)

I would like to use these fields in BRF+ to determine a trigger value.

However, when I used the BRF+ Flat Line by Line method, I can only see on the function Area1 under the Header. How do I use the Functional Area 2 in BRF+ to determine a trigger value?

I have attached the BRF+ rule that I created.

Tou need to create BRF+ DB look up for that as the funtional area 2 you are refering for role in not functional area that can be used as parameter or input condition to determine the condition type.
