Hi,
I am using ChaRM 7.1 SP6.
When I chnage the status of Urgent change to 'Completed', RFC status automatically chnages to 'Implemented' as we have mainatined the same in status setting for Predecessor document.
For few RFCs status not changed to Implemented, even though Urgent Change status changed to 'Completed'.
I have checked settings & are correct.
How can I change the status from 'Being Implemented' to 'Implemented'.
Any program or report ?

Use report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT.
