WPUUMS Error - There is at least one sales item with a material number (HW 825870)

Hi,

I am getting below error while executing the WPUUMS IDOC.

"There is at least one sales item with a material number (HW 825870)"

I have verified the set up/configuration and also tried with many articles, but no clue on the error message.

Anyone have idea about this issue solving?

Hi Venkatesan,

maybe you've got 1 article (HW 825870?) which was created as "material".

You can check, if field ATTYP in MARA for this article is blank.

Hi Venkatesan.

If you are using the one step process to post the idoc, define the parameter 'FILL_SALESUOM' for the task you are using for the WPUUMS processing as shown below.:

To define parameter goto transaction /posdw/img and then follow the path: POS data management -> POS inbound processing -> Tasks -> One-step processing -> Define tasks.

Alternatively if you are using the two step process for WPUUMS processing then define the parameter 'FILL_SALESUOM' for your task.

Path: POS data management -> POS inbound processing -> Tasks -> Two-step processing -> Define Aggregation task.

Hi Venkat,

As Shailesh mentioned please maintain the correct parameter value for task you are using to generate WPUUMS IDoc. This occurs when you are using Article numbers without UOM to communicate to ECC using WPUUMS IDoc.

Either you need to send UOM along with article number or you can use EAN instead of Article number without UOM to avoid this warning.
