Workflow pattern customization in SPRO settings(CRM)

Hi Experts ,

When i am trying to access workflow through net weaver gateway services its working fine but i want to access the workflow through net weaver gateway services using RFC(HUB system). for that we had a document which is provided by scn and in that document i didn't find the workflow pattern customization tab in SPRO settings.

i don't know whether it is version problem or some other , if it is a version problem could you please guide me how to find workflow pattern customization in SPRO settings of latest versions.

I am using CRM 7.0 , IW_BEP (200)

if you guide on this it would be very helpfull

I am also facing same issue with Netweaver 7.40 SP4 and anybody has idea please share your experience for this query that would be very helpful for us..
