Hi All,
I have configured the EMail notification setup based on status change for ZMCR.
In my ZMCR, transaction , i have a custom partner fucntion line manager, who has to be notified with the email.
but it is not happenening, the EMail action itself is not getting triggered..
i have made the same setup for requester on status rejected..it is working fine...
Otherwise there is no problem in the user side, email id is maintained, BP is of type emplyee...
is it some setup that has to be done in the partner function side...
kindly guide.
