Hi All ,

I am on Sourcing 9 SP 08 .

I am not able to create Header type of pricing condition for item type as Services. But I am able to create Pricing Condition which applies to both item and header level for Item Type Materials. Can you please let me know if its standard behavior if so why it is ?.

Hope its same with every one using application.

Thanks

Uday

Hi Uday,

You should be able to use service conditions on both header and Item. Please check the following

a) In the document type, you have added service conditions that apply to both header and items ('both')

b) when you are creating the MA use the document type to which you made the changes in 'a)' and then go to document-setup and include the service condition you added in 'a)'.

c) Once you do 'a)' and 'b)' the service condition should show up on the terms tab of the MA

Hope this helps

Hi Uday,

Can you try importing the Price conditions via csv/XML. This should allow you to have a service condition record that applies to 'Both'.

Thanks
