Mass download information about Change Requests

Hi Experts,

I have the requirement to (mass) download all
information about Change Requests in my company. For better understanding some
background knowledge:

I work for an IT supplier and so we have many
Customers. If a customer leaves us, we have to provide him these information.

That means, that I need to get all Information about
the Change Requests, the referenced Change Documents (with complete historie),
the referenced Incidents and last but not least the attached documents.

Is there any Standard Solution that provide to get
these (or at least some) information?

We run SAP Solution Manager 7.1; SP08.

Is Charm implemented to your landscape if not you can get it from table E070 in respective system ( date wise etc)

thank you for the fast response!

Yes,  ChaRM is implemented to our landscape.

In table E070 I can get information about the transports, but not
to which Change they are connected.

Maybe this can be useful if we have to write an own report to
export the information, but I hope that there is another (standard) way.
