Error while executing "Configure Automatically" step in managed system config

Hi,

I am trying to execute the step "Configure Automatically" for managed system configuration of Solution Manager ABAP.

I want to restart the extractor for BPMon Alert data collection so I am trying to execute the "Extractors Setup" activity in that step.

When I select the activity and execute it there is an error.

"CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT : SOAP:1,007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 500 : Internal Server Error")"

"CX_SOAP_FAILURE : Error when processing Web service call"

"CX_SOAP_CORE : Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 500 : Internal Server Error")"

I found some related notes but they cannot be implemented in the system. My solman is 7.1 SP08.

Could you please check the SAP KBA 1917038 - CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT :

Additionally, please maintain the diagnostic relevant flag according to:

Hi Aidan,

System's Basis Administrator says that web dispatcher is not being used and it is not necessary to use web dispatcher.

The note does not talk about the scenario where no web dispatcher is used.

Do you have any other suggestions.
