shopping cart status approved butno follow-on documents created

Hi SRM Guru's

we are on SRM 7.02, classic scenario.Testing the p2p cycle.In our case shopping cart is approved but follow-on documents are not created.since its a demo system we selected application controlled WF ,in our case work flow is in completed status.Tried all the possible ways to fix it.please help me out.

Hi Kiran,

Just observed that the partner function 27 "ship to address" is missing on the approved shopping cart as shown on the screen shot.

Just check if this is something missing.

may be it's in Sourcing Cockpit.

Please check field SOURCE_REL_IND on a position level

the problem still persists,ran the report BBPCLEANER to sync just incase the problem is with the synchronisation,

Hi Kiran,

In BBP_PD search for the SC (BUS2121) and then click on item detail of the SC to open the table details BBP_PDIGP. Within this table you will find this indicator.

i have to escalate the issue if the developers intervention is needed,one more question,is there any FM that should be active for the SC to be transferred to the BE in classic scenario

try BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER, but it makes the same as command transfer in BBP_PD
