incompletion log showing as "mismatch in Description" at custom document

Hi, 

material master record transfered propertly from R/3 to GTS. While creating the custom document ,incompletion log  displaying as  "mismatch in Description of item" even through product text as same GTS and R/3.  But i observed the pecular behaviour of  CD creation in our GTS.

i can able clear the error by giving different m/l description which was already successed to create CD.

May i know what might be the reason to face such issue and pls help on this regard.

Hi SRV,

Which output message is being determined in the Customs Document (e.g. 'M1234' - check in the "Communication" tab)?

And please re-confirm the incompletion message.  I cannot find any standard message with text "mismatch in Description of item".  Are you sure this is not due to some strange enhancement that you or your team have done?
