POWL query at employee self-service - inconsistency of auto-refresh.

Hi

We are using Portal and UWL. POWL is showing inconsistency of auto-refresh. Some

time its getting refreshed automatically and some time its not.

Steps:

1. Requester create the SC and log off

2. Approver approved the SC and log off

3. Requester log in to Portal.

Issue: User seeing the status of the SC still Awaiting Approval(though

its Approved). When user refresh the POWL manually then SC show the

correct status.

And Some time when user log in to Portal can see the correct status of

the SC in POWL.

Hi Ajit,

Please check refresh type for the query in POWL_QUERY transaction.

Also check the queries under application ID SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS in transaction POWL_COCKPIT.

Have another question, under SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS we have Default Query - Multiple Interval

All queries need to be checked for refresh type to have consistency and to manage user expectations.
