solman upgradation from7.0 to 7.1

Dear Experts,

Frist time , I am going to  do upgrate solman 7.0 to 7.1  at windows 2008 and DB6

could you please guide me  how to do

what is pre requiesties for upgration?

which media should i download  for upgration ?

what are the post activity after uppgration?

Hi Prabaharan,

What is the current usage of solution manager system?

What are the scenario configured in the existing solman system ? if the solman system not having much usage, better go for fresh installation, if solman have ITSM, ChaRM ...etc functionalities better go for upgrade.

Use SUM tool for upgrade.
