SAP HANA Database Services are not available

Dear Gurus,

While doing managed system configuration for one ABAP system, after assigning technical instance to database server in MANAGED SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, the corresponding HANA Database Services are not populating automatically.

I tried following commands to push data from database instance (through diagnostic agent) to solman, but didn't help much.

/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA97/script/./smdsetup.sh managingconf hostname:"<>" port:"<>" user:"smd_admin" pwd:"<>"

/usr/sap/DAA/SMDA97/script/./smdsetup.sh sldconf hostname:"<>" port:"<>" user:"slddsuser" pwd:"<>"

Restarted the DAA in satellite system.

Please suggest how could we solve this issue ? Due to this issue, database instance no. is not appearing while configuring DBA Cockpit. Please suggest.
