No Assigned tasks visible under task tab

Hello,

In my cProject (Version 4.5), I assigned roles and resources to the tasks and released them.

When assigned resource access cProject system and view "Task" Tab, they could not able to see tasks assigned to them under that tab.

Is there any additional configuration required for this feature

Please provide your valuable inputs for the same

Hi Mayur,

Please select "Responsible Role" and Responsible resource" in basic data tab of the task. This action will provide write authorisation to the person assigned and after that. it will appear in "Tasks" tab in the initial view of the cProjects.

And also ensure that the business partner assigned to the role is linked to the user id.

Hi, the requirement is that:

- the task is released

- the business partner assigned to the task has his/her user id aligned to the business partner (under the BP transaction)

Note: There is no need to make the business partner responsible for the task if the above is done).

There's nothing more required. The person assigned to the task automatically receives "Write" authorization for that task. So no explicit authorization needs to be granted.
