Dear all,
I have created a Make To Order sales order with Requirement type is KEV,Please let me know if the
requirement type is correct for Make to Order scenario.
The production for this order is completed and the sales order stock is available in the ware house
But I am not able to deliver it as the schedule line is not getting confirmed
When I am doing the availability check I am not getting the confirmed quantity, attached is the screen shot for your reference
Kindly advise
Mohammed Raees
Mohammed,
KEV is commonly used with Strategy 50. If you are using Strategy 50, then it is most likely you are checking availability against unconsumed Planned Independent Requirements. Sales order stock is irrelevent for sales order ATP in this case. Assuming that all the consumption settings in the Material Master are properly maintained, you would need to increase the amound of PIR In order for you to create a confirmation for that sales doc.
Best Regards,

Hi,
it all depends on type of strategy group you have selected anf the account assignment
if you have selected the strategy group-20 the system will pick KE which is without consumption
if it is KEV it is with consumption.
The requirement type will assigned to the item category+Item category also
