Making a field mandatory in address master data popup for Unloading points

Hello Experts,

How to make a field mandatory for example( Telephone number) in the address master data popup screen ,while entering data for Unloading points for

a ship to party ,while creating a Std order via VA01.Is there any user exits available or is there any configuration available?

Hai Riyas,

Use T CODE: SHD0

Create a VA01 variant and after a transaction,

system display the fields used in sales order and gives option to write, only disply, hide and mandatory.

Field  Contents             W. content  Output only Invisible   Required    Technical name.

Put the appropriate Tick and save the variant.

Assign the Variant to all sales order type thro T CODE VOV8

Variant              ZVA01_PAYMENTTERM

Hi,

you can use ONE TIME CUSTOMER account group and make the field mandatory in OBD2 transaction

based on the One time customer group, a pop-up of addres will appear to enter mandatory field without which system will not allow you to save the order
