Hi,

I have a problem in analysing an issue where a invoice output conditon record is  maintained with out print immediately for a Business partner.  Our invoices are created through a background job.

Now, when i see an invoice, it is saved with the output as print immediately. can you please suggest how i could analyse why print immediately got activiated though we dont have a condition record.

Additional information. No spool is created . background job log only shows invoice created.

Please check with your basis team they could help you in restricting the immediate print option.

Billing type

Click communication

Check the Print Immediately Tick mark (remove it)

Hi Phani,

Since you are not maintaining any condition record for this output type.

You could check using the t.code SU01 --> Enter User (login id) --> Display/Change --> Go to Defaults Tab --> Check Spool Control --> Output Immediately is checked or not..

If you doesn't have authorization for using SU01 t.code take the help of a Basis person.

Output immediately is not checked for the profile. However, i still couldnt figure out how , when executed in background with a variant, print immediately is getting enabled.

Please provide me the helpful leads.
