Hi SAP Experts ,

We are doing EHP7 upgrade from EHP5 for production  system..

which stuck on preprocessing phase due to DDIC activation error.

Any help if you can provide.

Hi,

Need to provide the logs what is the object its reporting as error. Error log that the sum tool is saying to check.

You have to repeat the activation and check syslog, shortdumps etc. If you find out the errors can be ignored, you can use the option to ignore non-critical errors.
