SMQ1- NOSEND status

Hi,

In ECC 6.0 system, for SMQ1 many queues are in NOSEND status..please tell me what does it mean and clear and move the queue..

please explain and guide.

Hi Daniel,

NOSEND

LUWs of this queue are not sent but retrieved by a special application. NOSEND queues are only used internally at SAP for communication between components BW or CRM with Mobile Clients. Even if a LUW has been read by the corresponding application (BW, CRM), this NOSENDstatus does not change. This LUW is only deleted from the queue once this application confirms collection (collective confirmation possible). Under no circumstances should this NOSEND status be reset using transaction SMQ1 and the queue activated.

Please check for more details on NOSEND queue entries. If the queue entries are obselete you can delete the same.

Hello Daniel,

In addition to Deepak's reply, if you can't delete the entries because you need that data to be posted, the only option left would be to involve the related application team (e.g., BW), so they trigger the processing of the entries from the application end.

The RFC scheduler will never process these queues.
