CA wilyintroscope error

Dear Experts,

      I did the installation in local systems for CA Wilyintrosocpoe and the connection is working fine, I am able to connect CA wily from basic configuration. But from my production system(Windows clustered) am getting the error as below:

Installed CAWily in domain user and given permissions for the folder and local rights to diagnostic agent user.

Hi,

Most of the cases its always permission issue. But as you have already check it . Please check the below note.

Another thing does file apmintroscope exists in the folder.c:\usr\SAP\CCMS as i can see it says sap does not exists.
