Web Dynpro ABAP and 4.6 C - Integration

Hi Community,

is it possible to build a Web Dynpro ABAP application that has full access to RFCs and Data Dictionary Objects in a 4.6 C system? "Seamless"  integration? Is there a plugin or something I need to put on 4.6 C?

Any documentation?

Web Dynpro ABAP on ECC system( Development Box ) , which connects to an R/3 4.6C system and gets access to its data using RFCs. Should be possible.

Look for connectors between ECC 5.0 to R/3 and then check the possibility of invoking the RFCs remotely in internal class/function in ECC system .( As long I am only confusing only myself and it is clear to you, it seems logical ).

Checkup with your ABAPers about the option to get data from R/3 and then build some class around to it to be used by your WD appln.
