Move message fail from SMQ2 to SMQ3

Hi Expert,

I actually have the next process:

When a message is fail on SMQ2, all the next message are in queue, and I delete the fail or save LUW for process the other message. With the save LUW the fail message is move at SMQ3, and Check in this trx the error and solution.

My question is:

Move this fail message,  can be automatic from SMQ2 to SMQ3?

How is this configuration?

Check this SAP Note 441269 and also refer the below blog which can provide other alternatives on handling the Queue issues.

I check this Note, but have question.

I when apply the support package indicated in this Note, the configuration for move the error on SMQ2 to SMQ3 is automatic?

and , if I dont want this one automatic must configure how say this note?

I believe you need to do some customization to the standard reports to achieve this.

We have separate reports to move failed messages to smq3 & activating queue's for processing remaining messages.
