Hi
For a sales order there is an output type and a routine assigned to that.
after checking couple of checks routine sets sy-subrc = 4 . then the output type should not trigger.
But in the sales order output type is triggering and shows as Red and if I see the determination analysis it says ( output ignored ( routine not fulfilled)
Please let me know if any idea on this.
Hi Cherry ,
Please check if you really need the routine assigned with the help of Abapers. If not required, remove it and trigger the output type as per your requirement.

Hi,
could you check why sy-subrc is failing, which shows 4?
or put the code where sy-subrc is 4

Hi,
There will be a routine in the procedure determination of output, seems your output falls to the criteria and is not triggered.
From your statement seems that you don't want the output to show up the output determination of sales order.
If that is your requirement then check if there is any record maintained for that, if any delete that.

Sayantan
