Send PO to multiple email addresses

Hi All,

We are on ECS and we wold like to send PO to multiple email address from SRM, If possible, please let me know how and what settings need to be made in vendor master/config/Badi?

Hi Vijay,

You should be able to achieve this thru message type usage in the PO. You can write in the logic for email addresses in the PO smartform.

Would you tell me how/where to maintain multiple email addresses for suppliers? We are replicating vendors from ECC and using Extended classic scenario.

Do we need to create a custom table to store email address for the suppliers?

Hi Vijay,

In vendor master data, you can maintain multiple email addresses. Go to "Address data" in the vendor master and click on the "Arrow" on the"Email" field and you would be able to maintain more than one email IDs there.

So I can maintain multiple email address in ECC vendor and then replicate the same vendor to SRM and portal?
