Thanks Guys, for your Help.
I solved this problem:
I have reconfigured my Data Source in NWA again, and import a new oracle DRIVER.
I think this solved my problem, now all users can are logged in UI
Tks Gustavo

The MXREF_MX_PRIVILEGE_DN is found under the Attributes section of the ID store (and yes @Steffi I refreshed my MMC this time )
@Gustavo can you confirm the entry?

Hi Gustavo,
Can you check whether you are able to see the standard privileges related to IDM UI are available in your management console.
If they are available, the can you get the idm ui logs which may give more detailed description.
If the privileges are not visible in your management console, means if you have deleted by mistake, follow this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3193124
Thanks,
Krishna.
