Hi Experts,

In my SAP BI Quality server, Message_type_ x run time error occurs. BI Development and Production servers work fine without any issue.

It shows,

" The current application triggered a termination with a short dump."

Please help.

Thanks!!!

Hi,

Attaching the full abap dump. Please check the document.

If we are importing a sercive package, Is it possible to apply that only to BI QAS. because the problem occurs only in BI QAS.

Thanks!!

Hi,

If you are planning to implement the above note

1578212 - SP27: DTP log display:Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X in CL_RSBM_GUI_LOG

You should be in the range of the BW patch SAPKW70202-SAPKW70207 but i think you are 13 patch level . So this note is not valid for you.

Second thing you should check this CL_RSBM_GUI_LOG remote compare and see if there is any difference. Or check with you developer and see why it is raising this exception.

I agree with Deepak that its some issue due to refresh and you have missed some steps.

Hello Thilini,

please check if SAP note

1578212 - SP27: DTP log display:Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X in CL_RSBM_GUI_LOG

can be applied on the system. It should correct the error.

Hi Thilini,

May be post refresh steps are not done fully. Could you check whether all the steps related to BI system copy has been completed successfully like Logical system name change, hostname changes in Bex URL etc.

Secondly attach the full abap dump.

Deepak Kori
