Improved linking function and navigation issue in SCN WIKI

Hi all,

I've just had some discussions with colleagues about the new WIKI and the feedback is generally positive. But during our talks there were two issues mentioned.

The first one is a kind of improvment request for making the insertion and linkage of SAP notes easier. Colleagues meant that it would be great to have a separate button or function to inser SAP notes and the correct link should be created automatically. Because currently the SAPNOTES macro does no longer work and so we have to enter the whole URL manually. I think that one of the following ways could help to improve the functionality:

Scenario 1

a) User types a SAP Note/KBA number in the page body;

b) Selects the number text;

c) Clicks this new button (e.g. "Insert SAP Note/KBA Link" button);

d) SAP Note/KBA Number is hyperlinked with https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/ + <Note/KBA Number>.

Scenario 2

a) User clicks the same button from the page body;

b) System detects no text has been selected;

c) A pop-up appers asking for Note/KBA number;

d) User clicks OK;

e) A new hyperlink is created in the page body with SAP Note/KBA Number as "Display Text" and this number is hyperlinked with https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/ + <Note/KBA Number>.

The second thing was that we noticed a navigation issue. When using a link to a KBA you are not able to

return to the WIKI page again. But the same navigation works for SAP notes. So the question is if this can be improved in the future?
