Error In Alert Monitor inDB02

Hi Experts,

In DB02 t-code in alert monitor tab under "Health" iam getting an error as shown below :

Can any one suggest why this is happened? and where can i see that log message? and how to resolve it?

Hi SURYA,

  You have severity 20 or higher errors exists in an error log. Open C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\Log\errorlog and search string "severity <20-25>".

You may need to google to find out how to resolve the errors.

hi Surya,

You can find alert_SID from \oracle\SID\saptrace\background. this log file have every activity(Information, warning, error) which is done in database.

For Alert(Error and Warning) .

Please see attachment.

Note. You will get result after sometime.

Hi Abdul,

Here the database is MS-SQL, when i try to execute DB16 t-code is displaying the below result.

Is there any other way to see the error log message.

hi Surya,

I thought , you are using Oracle.

Please check MS-SQL log via Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Please below link. It definitely helpful for you.

Hi Abdul,

Thanks for the answer. I have one more query, the performance as shown here is in green color but in one of our another server it turned to grey color. what may be the reason? and can u suggest me how to solve that.
