How to remove/delete the customer in PRD

Hi,

Unfortunately, customer has been created twice in the same EXTERNAL Number(i.e., 310017) with two different sales areas.

Now, client want to delete/remove the customer for one sales area.

In the above figure, 310017 for sales area ITCH 20 20 has to removed.

So,how to remove/delete it in PRD.

Kindly do the needful.

Hai Anand,

In case customer code is not used in other sales documents

You can use the same code and enter different customer Name and other details, instead of deleting a customer code in SAP.

Before you delete using OBR2, execute program SAPF047 in SE38.  Execute this in the background.

Once this execution has run successfully, run OBR2 to delete customers.

Go to transaction VD06 enter the customer code and sales area select the deletion flag for selected sales area and save.
