SAP GUI 7.30 customize path for caching server config files.

According to Note 1426178 - SAP Logon (Pad): create/distribute server configuration file -

The "Path for caching" is the local folder %APPDATA%\SAP\LogonServerConfigCache.

Is there any way to customize this path through registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (HKLM)root key ?

Changing the value of %APPDATA% is not a solution as many applications on the pc relay on it.

Hello Mauricio,

Currently, the "Path for caching" cannot be customized.

You can also refer SAP_GUI_Administration_Guide's "3.3 Caching Server Configuration Files".

The variable %APPDATA% base on different OS version and roaming user.
